DOVER TOWNSHIP: Ciba Specialty Chemicals Corp. has built an observation deck at the Superfund site formerly occupied by the Ciba-Geigy Corp., and anyone can schedule a visit to view ongoing clean-up the Route 37 West site.
Visitors on the deck can view workers from Sevenson Environmental Services removing drums from an unlined landfill.
